Cancellation & Refund Policy – Gaon Express

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before scheduled ride will be fully refunded.

  • If cancelled within 2 hours, 50% charge will apply.

  • No refund for no-show at pickup location.

Cancellation by Gaon Express:

  • In rare cases, if Gaon Express cancels the ride due to operational issues, full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.
