Booking:

  • All bookings must be made via our website or app.

  • You are responsible for entering correct pickup/drop details.

Ride Timings:

  • Ride timing is based on availability.

  • Gaon Express is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or road issues.

Payments:

  • All payments must be made in advance via Razorpay.

  • Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs or location.

Behavior Policy:

  • Misbehavior with drivers or staff may lead to cancellation without refund.

Liability:

  • We are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Any damage to vehicle/property due to customer’s fault will be charged.
